1. Shipping
1.1 Shipping Area
We ship within the Netherlands only.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the Netherlands will be cancelled and refunded.
1.2 Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment whenever possible.
Delivery is handled via Sendcloud and affiliated carriers.
Delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays or force majeure.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping.
Any additional delivery costs will be communicated in advance.
1.4 Receipt & Age Verification
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
Alcohol deliveries are subject to age verification (18+). If valid identification cannot be provided, delivery will be refused and additional costs may apply.
2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
This right applies only to unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging.
Opened or damaged wine bottles cannot be returned for food safety and quality reasons.
2.2 Exclusions
Returns are excluded for:

2.3 Return Procedure

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.
2.4 Complaints
Complaints or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
We will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
3. Secure Payment
Payments are securely processed via Mollie, using SSL encryption and PCI DSS–compliant systems.
We do not store payment details and have no access to your financial information.
